Marilu and Jennifer
Marilu Henner, a woman with the energy and wisdom of adolescence, paired with the wisdom of an old soul is a shining examples of today's modern woman who can do everything. She's an author, fitness guru, talk show host and producer. As a choreographer and director. Model, comedienne and comedian. But most important of all, the wife and mother! So it's not surprising that Perpetual Motion can be her moniker. Marilu's story is a testimony to her healthy lifestyle. She is a firm believer of the idea that with good health you're able to do everything. However, this wasn't always the case at the time. At the age of 16, she was a yo-yo dieter who watched her weight climb higher. She suffered from illness and was unwell all the while. Following the deaths of both parents, away at the age of 50 -- her father from a heart attack and her mother because of arthritis issues, she decided to take control of her health. There was no need to diet, but about maintaining health and the ability to live a life which maximized how our bodies were designed to work.
